SIGNING OF DOCUMENTS

24.0 Signing of Documents

24.1 The Society shall have a common seal. A document shall be executed on behalf of the Society if:

(a)     The common seal is attached to the document; and

(b)     The document is witnessed by any one of the Chairperson, Secretary, or Treasurer, and countersigned by one other member of the Committee.
