WINDING UP

26.0 Winding up

26.1 If the Society is wound up:

(a)     The Society’s debts, costs and liabilities shall be paid;

(b)     Surplus Money and Other Assets of the Society may be disposed of:

a.       By resolution; or

b.       According to the provisions in the Incorporated Societies Act 1908; or

c.       By distribution to any remaining Members.
