Cache In Trash Out (CITO) Day is an opportunity for geocachers to help clean up the parks and other cache-friendly places throughout the world. Through our volunteer efforts, we help preserve the natural beauty of our outdoor resources.

This year, DeLorme and Groundspeak are promoting International Cache In Trash Out Day. For 2008, the sixth annual event, it will be on Saturday, April 19 and Sunday April 20th. Together, we make an enormous positive impact with just a little joint effort.

Kiwicaching is organising our second annual CITO in Rotorua on Saturday 26th April.

Everyone - cachers and non-cachers - is invited to attend. Do a little bit individually and achieve a lot as a group.

There will be a BYO BBQ available and the opportunity to have some fun and meet cachers.
