THE SOCIETY

1.0 Name

1.1 The name of the society is Kiwicaching Association of New Zealand Incorporated (“the Society”).

1.2 The Society is constituted by resolution dated 29 January 2007.

2.0 Purposes of Society

2.1 The purposes of the Society are to:

(a)   Promote Geocaching within New Zealand.

(b)   Provide a support network for New Zealand Resident or Expatriate Geocachers who are Members.

(c)   Establish good caching practises and guidelines in conjunction with Members, land owners, environmental, historical and other relevant bodies, for both Members and non-members.

(d)   Do anything necessary or helpful to the above purposes.

2.2 Pecuniary gain is not a purpose of the Society.
